Scope of Agreement: These terms and conditions govern the provision of payment plans for electrical services provided by COLLETTANDCO ELECTRIC, herein referred to as "the company," to the customer, herein referred to as "the client."

Payment Plan Options: The company offers payment plans for electrical services based on the total project cost. The client may choose a payment plan option that best suits their financial needs from the available options provided by the company.

The payment schedule: for the selected payment plan will be outlined in the agreement between the company and the client. Payments are due on the dates specified in the payment plan schedule.

Deposit:The client may be required to pay a deposit upfront to initiate the payment plan. The deposit amount will be determined based on the total project cost and will be credited towards the final payment.

Progress Payments: For projects with multiple stages, progress payments may be required upon the completion of specific milestones. The timing and amount of progress payments will be outlined in the payment plan agreement.

Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion of the electrical services and after any necessary inspections have been passed. Failure to make the final payment may result in late fees or other penalties as outlined in the agreement.

Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the payment plan agreement. The company reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the payment plan if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Late payment fees: 3.97% per month.7% anually

Default: In the event of default on payment plan obligations, the company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover any outstanding amounts, including but not limited to, collection agencies, legal action, or suspension of services.

Changes to Payment Plan: Any changes to the payment plan must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. The company reserves the right to modify the payment plan terms with prior notice to the client.

Cancellation: The client may cancel the payment plan at any time, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the agreement. Any refunds or penalties for cancellation will be determined based on the terms of the agreement.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in the courts of Ontario.

By entering into a payment plan with the company, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
